This unique tourist attraction is set on 100 acres of World Heritage Rainforest and situated five minutes travel from Kuranda Village and half an hour by Coach from Cairns.

Rainforestation Nature Park is eco-friendly and consists of three unique Australian experiences; Army Duck Rainforest Tours, Pamagirri Aboriginal Experience and Kuranda’s largest Koala & Wildlife Park.

The amphibious Army Duck Rainforest Tour provides a unique perspective of the World Heritage Rainforest. On this guided tour, your knowledgeable guide will educate you on rainforest flora and fauna on both land in in our stunning lake.

Embrace one of the oldest surviving cultures on the planet on the Pamagirri Aboriginal Experience, which won the 2019 Queensland Tourism Award for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Tourism. Enjoy a Dreamtime walk encompassing a didgeridoo presentation, spear throwing and boomerang throwing lesson. You can even put your skills to the test by throwing a boomerang yourself! Relax in our Rainforest Amphitheatre and enjoy a traditional dance performance depicting aspects of indigenous culture including animals, food gathering and hunting.

Wander at your leisure or join a guided group through our Koala and Wildlife Park to meet a range of iconic Australian animals. A series of elevated boardwalks provide close-up uninterrupted views of Koalas, Wombats, Dingoes, Saltwater Crocodiles and more! See endangered animals such as the Cassowary, Lumholtz's Tree Kangaroo and Tasmanian Devils. You can even hand-feed Wallabies and Kangaroos.
