an extraordinary backdrop for fine dining.
Cuisine is contemporary Australian
in style with tropical influences, designed by Executive Chef Mark Godbeer to
celebrate the bounty of local and regional produce. Innovative menus are
complemented by a premium selection of Australian wines.
Lunch is available daily in the restaurant from 12pm-2.30pm, with two and three-course menus available. Reservations are essential.
