TPDD 2025 AGM

The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Port Douglas Daintree Tourism Limited t/a Tourism Port Douglas Daintree, ACN 121 516 916; will be held on Monday 10 November 2025 at 5:15pm at Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort & Spa, 22 Mitre Street, Port Douglas QLD 4877.

Voting will take place between 5.00pm and 5.15pm prior to the meeting. Members may vote in person or by proxy.

Proxy forms must be lodged with the TPDD office by 5pm, Wednesday 5 November 2025.

The nominees for the 2025 Board of Directors are:

General Director Nominees

• Andrew Hearn – Group General Manager, Capta Group
• Allan Horne – Director of Sales and Distribution, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas
• Holly Essex – Sales and Events Manager, Quicksilver Group

Mossman Daintree Zone Director Nominee

• Jason Hefferman – Owner, Back Country Bliss Adventures

Cape Tribulation Zone Director Nominee

• Abigail Ralph Cummings – Manager, Daintree Discovery Centre

One nomination was received for the Cape Tribulation Zone Director and Mossman Daintree Zone Director. These appointments will be made to the sole nominee.

Following the AGM, members are invited to stay for a networking function with nibbles and a cash bar. To assist with catering, please RSVP by 5pm, Monday 3 November 2025.
